If you have already tried the online upgrade but it failed, don't worry, we have made it easier to upgrade offline in just a few steps. Please see the detailed explanation below, with step-by-step instructions.
Offline firmware flashing file: update.zip
1. Disconnect the power supply before upgrading
2. Unzip update.zip to the root directory of the USB flash drive [Unzip after downloading the compressed package]
3. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the device
4. Turn on the power supply, the power indicator light changes from red to blue, and the burning screen is displayed
5. After the burning is completed, unplug the USB flash drive, power on the machine again, and the machine upgrade is completed
